职位概况
负责宾客迎送、行李接送、问询引导及礼宾服务，提供专业、细致、有温度的前台接待体验。
主要职责
- 迎送宾客并提供行李接送、问询引导等礼宾服务。
- 协助办理入住、退房手续，协调客房、餐饮、交通等资源。
- 管理寄存物品、信件收发、票务代办等日常事务。
- 熟悉酒店设施及周边信息，为宾客提供出行建议。
- 及时处理宾客咨询与合理诉求，协同部门解决现场问题。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
- 1年以上高星级酒店或高端服务场所礼宾、前台工作经验。
- 普通话标准流利，具备良好的英语听说及书面沟通能力。
- 形象气质佳，亲和力强，具备出色的沟通表达与应变协调能力。
- 责任心强，注重细节，能适应轮班制工作。
