职位概况
本职位负责金融领域的法律事务支持，涵盖法规研究、合约审阅及跨境法律事务等，需具备丰富的金融法务经验。
主要职责
- 收集、研究并分析金融及相关法规（含草案）。
- 提供金融法律咨询，协助规章及合约修订。
- 审阅金融商品、服务及业务合约，提供法律意见并进行沟通协调。
- 规划并协助各类法律培训。
- 支援海外分行及跨境法律事务处理。
- 执行及处理诉讼案件。
- 指导新进同仁并完成上级交办任务。
任职要求
- 大学法律相关科系毕业。
- 6年以上律所或金融法务工作经验。
- 熟悉金融法令并具备实务经验。
- 细心、主动、抗压且沟通能力强。
- 英文听说读写精通，能审阅英文合约。
- 具备银行金融产品法务经验。
必备技能
- 英文合约审阅能力。
- ISDA合约审阅经验。
- GRMA合约审阅经验。
