职位概况

江苏日立能源高压电器有限公司在宿迁招聘操作工，负责按照技术方案和图纸进行生产，确保生产安全与质量。

主要职责

按照技术方案和图纸要求完成生产任务。
严格遵守公司各项规章制度。
配合完成公司制定的生产指标。
完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

任职要求

中专及以上学历。
一年以上制造工厂工作经验。
具备较强执行能力，有互感器工作经验者优先。
能够阅读并理解简单技术图纸和方案。
流利普通话，具备良好沟通能力。
思维开阔，学习能力强，具备团队意识和强烈的责任心，性格沉稳。
