Job description

职位概况

负责化工生产工艺的设计、优化与安全管理，支持新项目及新产品的技术落地，推动工艺自动化和数字化改进。

主要职责

制定化学与工艺设计输入，确保产品按时达标。
进行技术工艺优化、参数监控与分析，解决复杂工艺问题。
负责工艺安全、SHE评审及后续整改。
提供可行性计算，指导项目改进团队，管理KPIs。
支持新项目投产，包括原料、培训、手册、质量控制及安全。
协助研发制定新产品配方，推动顺利投产。
更新生产文档、ISO文件，搭建DCS及在线监控系统。
开展MOC培训，传授新化学与设备的启动与调试要点。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，化学工程或工艺专业，优先考虑精细化工背景。
5年以上化工厂生产经验，至少2年工艺管理经验。
具备分析能力，英语口头书面流利。
熟练使用Microsoft Office中级水平。
了解ISO9001、SHE评审及RCMS体系。
