Materials Planning Analyst II

About the role

The Materials Planning Analyst II ensures timely material supply from suppliers to meet production requirements while maintaining a healthy, cost‑effective inventory structure.

Key responsibilities

• Release purchase orders to suppliers, confirm receipt, and closely monitor delivery status to guarantee on‑time docking for production.
• Manage open purchase orders, focus on past‑due orders and GRIR issues, and coordinate with planners on pull‑in or push‑out requests.
• Monitor inventory levels to maintain high turnover rates and escalate material shortage risks, especially for customer line‑down situations.
• Handle demand management, forecasting, PR and PO management, and communicate supply gaps with production planning.
• Perform payment management, invoice checking, special payment applications, and quality return handling with SQE.
• Conduct data analysis such as aging stock reports, supply‑gap analysis, excess PO analysis, and finance risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of material control or purchasing experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and pressure‑resistance skills.
• Values of integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Material purchasing and vendor management.
• Inventory control and familiarity with Incoterms and payment processes.
• Knowledge of MRP, ERP, BOM, and proficiency with SAP.
• Good oral English.
