负责区域客户UPS产品的安装、调试、日常维护及故障排查，确保设备稳定运行。提供专业技术支持，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 负责区域客户UPS产品的安装、调试、日常维护及故障排查。
- 对接区域内客户需求，提供专业技术支持并及时解决问题。
- 维护客户关系，定期回访并收集反馈，优化服务流程。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，电气及相关专业背景。
- 具备良好的客户沟通能力，能清晰理解需求并提供解决方案。
- 熟练使用Office等办公软件，能独立完成技术文档编写与报告整理。
- 具备较强的现场问题解决能力。
