Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules align with plans and customer delivery requirements. This role drives lean initiatives, quality control, safety, and continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily production, coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials to meet targets.
• Implement 5S, visual management, and standardized work to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure strict quality standards, manage defects, and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Manage workforce scheduling, training, performance, and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain safety compliance, conduct inspections, and support preventive maintenance to maximize OEE.
• Develop production metrics, analyze data, and lead continuous‑improvement projects.
• Collaborate with PMC, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Warehousing, and EHS to resolve material shortages and support new product introductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Electronics or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years manufacturing production management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in electronics, precision materials, semiconductor consumables, new energy or highly automated environments.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, quality management systems and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making and execution skills in a fast‑paced environment.
