职位概况
Coupang是全球化电商平台，在上海设有办公室。该岗位属于NCA与TW广告团队，负责新用户获取广告、TW站点广告及其他新型广告产品的开发，团队具备全栈开发与运维能力。
主要职责
- 除传统规划业务外，自主搭建并运维AI智能体平台、GenAI视频创意系统、AIOps智能故障定位与诊断系统、Ranking算法RSI系统及AI原生SDLC全流程自动化系统。
- 负责基于LLM/多模态模型的Multi-Agent系统架构设计与核心开发，以及复杂Agent/RAG系统的端到端落地。
任职要求
- 扎实的计算机、数学、物理、电子等理论基础，对新技术有强烈好奇心和学习能力。
- 具备大规模分布式系统设计与上线经验，理解异步、并发、幂等、限流等工程基础。
- 熟悉大模型原理与Serving技术，有Self-Harness落地经验优先。
- 主导过Multi-Agent系统架构设计与核心开发，具备复杂Agent/RAG系统端到端交付经验。
- 熟悉Memory、Long Context、Planning、Tool Use等方向，能完成从论文到工程的转化。
必备技能
- 熟练掌握Java或Python
- 熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、Deerflow、Claude Code、Hermes等主流Agent框架
- 良好的工程架构基本功与设计模式理解
