About the role

Siemens Advanta Consulting is seeking a Management Consulting Consultant to lead modules within consulting projects, delivering strategic and investment recommendations for client organisations. You will analyse both qualitative and quantitative data, uncover industry trends and co‑create solutions with client teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a project module and provide strategy and investment recommendations.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to generate insights on industry trends and business operations.
• Collaborate with client teams to co‑create business solutions and champion project outcomes.
• Preferably work on projects within manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Required profile

• University degree from a leading institution.
• 3‑5 years of experience in management consulting.
• Proficiency in structured thinking, visualization, questioning, interview techniques, presentation and workshop moderation.
• Experience with strategy analytical frameworks and tools.
• Result‑oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to translate analysis into actionable solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English.
