Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead repair and upgrade projects for boilers, gas combustion units, exhaust gas cleaning systems and inert gas generators on operating vessels, as well as capital sales orders executed in shipyards. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered according to quality, delivery time and budget.
• Maintain an appropriate project flow compliant with company processes and procedures.
• Drive strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, engineering, commissioning, warranty) and external parties (shipyards, shipowners).
• Build and sustain customer relationships, including travelling onboard vessels or to customer offices for meetings.

Required profile

• Confident, clear communicator who works well in teams and facilitates collaboration.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at different stages simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Technical or project‑related education combined with commercial experience; marine‑industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using project management software.
