Job description
职位概况
负责执行生产任务，遵守EHS政策及质量标准，确保设备正常运行并及时上报异常。
主要职责
- 遵循EHS政策，发现问题或事故立即报告。
- 严格执行流程与质量SOP，避免违规或绕行。
- 每日生产前进行设备点检，确保无异常后启动。
- 按计划完成生产任务，防止非预期停机或延误。
- 及时上报质量问题、设备故障及异常情况。
- 使用正确工具操作设备，防止材料污染与浪费。
- 落实节能降耗，持续改进生产过程。
- 完成主管交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 具备5S实施经验。
- 熟悉移动式机器及电气设备操作。
- 有产品检验、数据核对及录入经验，用于质量监控。
- 能够适应四班二轮轮班制。
- 具备基本英文阅读写作能力。
- 具备基本电脑操作技能。
- 有化学品操作经验者优先。
