Integral Project Lead

About the role

You will lead complex, integral projects from inception to market introduction or internal delivery, aligning with Philips’ organizational strategy across multiple business domains.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for projects and related programs.
• Articulate complex schedules, interdependencies, and manage risks and issues.
• Apply daily management and problem‑solving, driving innovative solutions.
• Track KPIs, report status to stakeholders and obtain approvals for milestones.
• Manage change, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and share lessons learned in the Philips Knowledge Hub.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering/R&D project management experience leading large, complex programs.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; willingness to travel.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Expertise in structured project‑management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
• Governance, scope, schedule, financial and risk management.
• Technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical design for consumer products.
• Ability to communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
