Legal Counsel – International Business

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our international business operations. The role provides legal advice, risk management, and practical solutions for cross‑border activities.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and draft international business contracts and standard templates.
• Provide legal opinions on overseas policies, regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Optimize contract management processes and participate in internal policy revisions.
• Support negotiations, dispute‑resolution discussions and develop negotiation strategies.
• Organize internal legal training and raise compliance awareness.
• Handle disputes, litigation and arbitration arising from overseas operations, coordinating with external counsel when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law with a PRC Legal Professional Qualification (Class A).
• 3+ years of international or cross‑border legal experience, preferably in a law firm, multinational, or renewable energy sector.
• Overseas study, work or assignment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• High integrity, confidentiality and a proactive approach to legal risk management.

Required skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong business negotiation capabilities.
• Extensive experience in international contract review and negotiation.
