About the role
Join the Greater China Corporate team to work on high‑profile, cross‑border IPOs and listings. You will provide multijurisdictional advice and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, listings and public company M&A across Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
- Interact with regulatory bodies, prepare documentation and advise clients on compliance with US and HK regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US and/or HK exposure.
- Excellent academic record, strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in IPO work, listings and public company M&A.
