About the role
Join the Greater China Corporate team to work on high‑profile, cross‑border IPOs and listings, providing multijurisdictional advice and technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on initial public offerings, listings and public company M&A across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory practices and maintain dialogue with regulatory bodies.
Required profile
- At least four years of experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US and/or Hong Kong exposure.
- Excellent academic record, strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Required skills
- Experience in IPO work, listings and public company M&A.
- Ability to deliver excellent client service, strong administrative skills and resilience in meeting challenging goals.
