主要职责
- 参与投融资项目的法律尽职调查。
- 起草、审查投融资相关合同及法律文件。
- 提供法律风险评估与合规建议。
任职要求
- 毕业于国内外知名法学院，学习成绩优秀。
- 拥有3年以上国内外知名律师事务所投融资方向工作经验。
- 法律功底扎实，具备高度责任心和团队合作精神。
- 中英文沟通能力优秀。
- 取得律师执业证或已通过司法考试者优先。

- 中英文法律文书写作能力。
