About the role
As a Legal Counsel you will be primarily responsible for handling litigations and contracts, providing legal support across the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external counsel to protect the company’s interests.
Key responsibilities
- Manage or supervise litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution matters.
- Provide pre‑litigation consultation and collaborate with business functions to prepare for potential disputes.
- Oversee and manage outside litigation counsel.
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts.
- Support legal projects such as restructurings and M&A on an as‑needed basis.
- Conduct legal research and deliver consultations in response to business requests.
- Provide legal training to internal stakeholders.
- Handle other matters duly assigned.
Required profile
- Pass the PRC bar exam.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Solid litigation background.
- High ethical standards, self‑motivated, hardworking with excellent communication skills.
