职位概况
负责起草、审核中英文业务合同，提供公司日常法律咨询，支持重大商务谈判，跟踪半导体行业法规动态。
主要职责
- 起草、审核销售、采购、技术许可等中英文合同，优化合同模板及管理流程。
- 为采购、知识产权、出口管制等提供法律风险评估与解决方案。
- 参与重大商务谈判，为关键项目提供全程法律支持。
- 持续监测国内外半导体行业立法及执法动态，评估对业务的影响。
- 跟进争议与诉讼事项，管理外部律所及其他法律事务。
任职要求
- 法学本科或硕士学历（中国法背景），持有中国法律职业资格证书（A证）。
- 熟悉美国法及普通法体系，拥有美国或其他普通法法域LL.M.学位者优先。
- 英语水平优秀（CET-6及以上），能够以英语为工作语言，熟练起草和修订英文法律文件。
- 具备2年以上英美法合同实务经验，或在知名律所/跨国企业法务部的相关工作经历。
- 工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备出色的跨部门沟通能力。
必备技能
- 中英文合同起草与审查能力
- 美国及普通法体系知识
- 英语（CET-6）工作语言能力
