iCafe Key Account Manager (Shijiazhuang)

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Key Account Manager for its iCafe business in Shijiazhuang. The role focuses on developing and managing local channel partners such as internet cafe system integrators, industry system integrators and core distributors, and driving sales targets in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the target market: identify, visit and sign contracts with internet cafe system integrators, industry system integrators and key distributors to expand brand coverage locally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key partners (owners, business heads and technical heads) and raise loyalty and share.
• Set regional channel sales plans and deliver performance targets such as sales volume, product coverage and new partner signings.
• Support partners with product training, solution support, commercial policy communication and joint market activities to help them win terminal projects.
• Gather intelligence on local market trends, competitor policies and price movements to inform product and channel decisions.

Required profile

• University degree or higher, with 5+ years of channel development and sales experience.
• Strong local network of internet cafe system integrators, industry SI, installation or maintenance partners is preferred.
• Excellent B-end channel management, negotiation and relationship skills, and strong project drive.
• Basic understanding of internet cafe network architecture, system integration solutions or IT infrastructure, able to match products to customer needs.
• Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and able to handle frequent visits and short-term travel within the area.
