About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive clinical sales initiatives for specialty physicians in the MedTech sector.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives to advance Clinical Sales – Specialty Physicians.
- Contribute to projects, programs, or processes within the Clinical Sales area.
- Integrate methods based on trend analysis and competitive landscape to improve sales strategy.
- Generate growth initiatives by reviewing consumer analytics and communicating data‑driven sales and customer retention strategies.
- Advise physicians on clinical attributes or techniques associated with products and manage customer accounts.
- Implement growth initiatives and improve competitive positioning through innovative sales and retention strategies.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to projects and programs in a clinical sales environment.
- Understanding and application of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
