HR Generalist / HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Generalist/HRBP will work onsite at Regal Rexnord's Zhangzhou office, supporting recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR business partnering across functional departments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and white‑collar roles, including job analysis, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and deliver targeted training programs, manage the full training cycle and evaluate effectiveness.
• Maintain employee relations, handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations and labor contract administration in compliance with local laws.
• Organise employee activities and team‑building events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide HR business partner support by understanding departmental needs, advising leaders and analysing HR data for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with national EHSS regulations and assume responsibility for workplace safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field.
• At least one year of white‑collar recruitment experience in a foreign manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of core HR modules (recruitment, training, employee relations) and national labor laws.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities with a result‑oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
