职位概况
负责为互联网业务部门提供全方位的人力资源支持，推动组织发展与文化建设。
主要职责
- 深入业务部门，理解业务战略与痛点，提供专业HR解决方案。
- 推动招聘、绩效管理、人才发展、员工关系、团队建设等全流程工作。
- 协助业务管理者进行组织诊断、团队效能提升及人才梯队建设。
- 主导或参与HR项目的规划与实施。
- 负责员工沟通、矛盾调解及劳动风险预防，营造积极健康的组织氛围。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、管理学或相关专业优先。
- 具备3年HR相关经验，其中至少1年以上HRBP或业务合作伙伴经验。
- 熟悉HR各模块运作，能独立开展招聘、绩效、员工关系等实务工作。
- 具备优秀的业务理解、沟通协调和解决问题能力，能快速融入业务。
- 具备较强的数据敏感性和项目推动能力，有组织发展或变革管理经验者优先。
必备技能
- 熟悉招聘、绩效管理、员工关系等HR模块实务操作。
- 具备数据分析与项目推动能力。
