Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

As a member of the centralized Employee Relations Center of Excellence, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, HR Business Partners and Global Employment Law on complex employee relations matters. You will independently lead investigations, performance and conduct management cases while ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies and organizational values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end employee relations investigations, including intake, fact‑finding, interviews, evidence analysis and case closure.
• Handle sensitive matters such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, conflicts of interest and policy violations.
• Partner with Global Employment Law, Ethics & Compliance, Security and HR stakeholders on high‑risk or escalated cases.
• Advise managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and involuntary separations.
• Provide risk assessments and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Track and analyze ER case metrics, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations or employment law.
• Proven ability to conduct complex investigations independently.
• Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization.
• Professional English communication and business writing skills.
