职位概况
面向2027届毕业生的管理咨询顾问岗位，工作地点在上海，属于校园招聘。
主要职责
- 根据项目需求从事战略咨询方向的工作。
- 与客户沟通，了解需求并参与前后期谈判。
- 在项目经理带领下完成战略咨询方案的编制与实施。
- 进行项目阶段成果汇报，协助客户推进方案落地。
- 完成上级交办的其他工作。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 愿意在事务所行业继续学习、发展。
- 热爱管理咨询工作，具备良好的沟通协调、快速学习和文字表达能力。
- 积极主动，具备人际交往能力和团队协作精神。
- 自信乐观，适应出差，能胜任一定强度及压力的工作。
