HR Consulting Analyst

About the role

Mercer, part of Marsh's Workforce and Rewards business, is looking for an HR Consulting Analyst to join its Shenzhen office. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office. You will act as a key project member on client projects, delivering practical HR solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in client projects as a key project member and deliver on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction, offering practical HR programs and solutions that support business strategy.
• Solve client problems across HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management and organization transformation.
• Work under the project manager on interviews, drafting deliverables and team discussions.
• Research and develop consulting knowledge and skills with other consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources or accounting.
• Highly motivated, organized and efficient, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and a commitment to quality and timely delivery.
• Relevant experience in HR or consulting is a plus.

Required skills

• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
