HR Business Partner – Regional Business Division

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an HR Business Partner supporting the regional business division in Shanghai/Suzhou. You will act as a strategic HR advisor, driving people initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy, representing the people dimension in the regional management team.
• Drive HR activities across the employee journey, including talent attraction, performance management, engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Design and implement tailored solutions such as change management, culture initiatives, and organizational interventions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Services for new initiatives within the business area.
• Play an active role in HR projects, either as a core member or consultant, delivering HR products and solutions.

Required profile

• Strategic thinking with strong capabilities in organization diagnostics, co‑design, and change management.
• Excellent facilitation and influencing skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• High self‑organization, multitasking ability, and a pragmatic, enthusiastic approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with solid professional experience in HR.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
