Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

The Trainer will lead and implement learning programs for employees across China, ensuring high engagement and practical application. This role collaborates closely with global LMS teams and supports language development and cultural initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute China learning programs, including cross‑functional technology seminars.
• Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, participant communication, material preparation, and facilitator support.
• Provide feedback on program adoption, content effectiveness, and regional needs for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update new‑hire orientation curriculum in the local LMS.
• Plan, implement, and manage language programs for employees in Fuzhou.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives through workshops, learning campaigns, and communication materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration or related field (experience may substitute).
• 8+ years progressive experience in training/facilitation, preferably within an OD or corporate HR environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring people leaders and employees.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Miro.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt training delivery for diverse learning styles and cultural contexts.
