Trainer – Learning & Development

About the role

The company is seeking a Trainer to lead and implement learning programs across China, ensuring strong engagement and practical application for employees. This role will design, deliver, and evaluate cross‑functional technology seminars and language programs, while supporting culture and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement China‑wide learning programs, including orientation curricula and language courses in Fuzhou.
• Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate local cross‑functional technology seminars and workshops.
• Coordinate learning logistics such as scheduling, participant communications, material preparation, and facilitator support.
• Provide feedback on program adoption, content effectiveness, and regional needs to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and update the new‑hire orientation curriculum in the local LMS and collaborate with the global LMS team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in training/facilitation, preferably within an organizational development or corporate HR environment.
• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring people leaders and employees to drive performance and career growth.

Required skills

• DDI Facilitator Certification preferred; additional certifications such as Gallup Strengths Coach or DISC are a plus.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Miro) and virtual facilitation best practices.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with a multicultural focus.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office.
