HR Business Partner – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

The HR Business Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar positions and support day‑to‑day HR operations at a manufacturing site. You will partner with hiring managers, ensure accurate attendance and overtime data, and help drive employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar roles, from manpower confirmation to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and meet hiring timelines.
• Maintain and verify employee attendance records, monitor issues, and support corrective actions.
• Track overtime, analyse trends, and provide regular reports to management.
• Prepare routine HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and attendance.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and communication calendars.
• Provide daily HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Assist with the implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs at the site level.
• Support employee‑relations matters through coordination and administrative assistance.
• Contribute to additional HR projects and assignments as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably for blue‑collar or manufacturing roles.
• Strong knowledge of attendance and overtime administration.
• Ability to generate and interpret HR reports and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for partnering with managers and employees.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
