Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead end‑to‑end digital strategy for the Asia region, overseeing the full business chain from planning to execution and results review. This role requires a proven methodology, strong AI‑enabled marketing expertise, and the ability to translate complex platform logic into clear business language.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete digital marketing chain: strategy formulation, project planning, execution, and performance review.
• Define and orchestrate multi‑line digital strategies across C‑end and B‑end auto‑aftermarket channels.
• Embed AI tools into daily marketing workflows, from content generation to data analysis.
• Build AI literacy within the team and champion AI‑assisted processes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and coordinate across functions to achieve business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, E‑commerce or related field.
• 8+ years of digital marketing experience in auto‑aftermarket, coatings, chemical or B2B2C sectors, with at least 3‑5 years of end‑to‑end project ownership.
• Proven track record of independent project delivery and measurable business results.
• Professional fluency in English; Chinese is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of cross‑platform traffic and content logic (e.g., Douyin, RED, Dianping).
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI agents/tools into marketing processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical rules into plain‑language business explanations.
• Strong empathy, collaboration, and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
