职位概况

负责抖音平台的数字营销工作，洞察平台生态，策划并执行内容投放，推动品牌曝光与转化。

主要职责

持续跟进抖音平台生态，追踪爆款内容、优质KOL及流量规则，挖掘新流量机会。
根据投放策略与预算制定项目排期，控制内容上线节奏，完成月度投放目标。
复盘达人投放数据，归纳优质素材特征，指导后续投放策略。

任职要求

大学本科及以上学历，2年以上抖音相关经验，有快消品牌或乙方account背景优先。
熟悉抖音种草生态、达人营销玩法及投流工具，具备项目管理和沟通协作能力。
具备数据敏感度，能够进行归因复盘，执行力强，抗压能力佳。
