职位概况

负责在中国区域内管理变体零部件（铸件、锻件、装配件、冲压件、橡胶件、塑料件等）的采购与供应商策略，确保材料成本目标实现并推动供应商持续改进。

主要职责

制定并执行采购与供应商策略，进行成本结构分析并落实降本措施。
负责供应商资格审查、开发及年度价格谈判。
管理供应商选择、评估、授予及合同文件，包括偏差管理。
指导团队设定目标、分配工作并监控完成情况。
推动跨部门沟通，提升团队协作与绩效。

任职要求

机械或电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
5-10 年采购或供应链管理经验，至少3 年团队管理经验。
熟悉液压元件成本结构及制造工艺，具备财务与税务基础知识。
优秀的谈判、沟通与跨文化协作能力，英语流利，德语加分。
