Construction Supervisor – Structural, Piping, Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Supervisor to coordinate construction activities across structural, piping, mechanical, rotating equipment and electrical disciplines. The role ensures effective communication among stakeholders and compliance with HSSE, quality and schedule requirements on site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all construction and commissioning activities are executed according to approved plans, specifications and project schedule.
• Supervise daily operations of the assigned discipline, including workforce management, material handling and equipment usage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project drawings, specifications and procedures for the site team.
• Verify that rotating equipment is lubricated correctly and preserved as per specifications.
• Monitor compliance with HSSE and quality regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction and commissioning activities in the relevant disciplines.
• Strong ability to manage site workforce, materials and equipment.
• Good knowledge of HSSE and quality regulations and standards.
• Capability to read and interpret project drawings, specifications and procedures.
