About the role
ABB is looking for an intern for its Channel Department in Shanghai. This is a temporary work placement reporting to the Channel Manager, with on-site work. The intern gains vocational experience by performing daily tasks and supports ABB's operations while building their own career.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Channel Manager with document maintenance and data analysis
- Organise and send partner agreements, handle approvals and stamping, issue authorisation cards and archive electronic and paper files
- Organise project registration documents and channel review data
- Support channel meetings and communicate with partners on a daily basis
- Collect channel business data and convey channel policies
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent reading and writing in English
- Positive attitude, self-driven, results-oriented and a team player
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
