About the role
Lilly’s Suzhou Manufacturing Trainee program aims to develop future pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations professionals. The IT track focuses on factory digitalization, information systems, data applications, and business system support to drive smart manufacturing and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 2027 graduate with a full‑time bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in life sciences, automation, computer science or IT.
- Strong learning ability, logical analysis, problem‑solving and project execution skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and cross‑cultural teamwork.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proactive, resilient, growth‑mindset and curiosity about pharma and smart manufacturing.
