AI Engineer – Technical Leader (Agentic AI & FPGA Systems)

About the role

We are looking for a senior AI Technical Leader to design and deploy next‑generation agentic AI systems on FPGA/ASIC platforms. The role bridges large language models, autonomous agents, and hardware‑aware AI design to deliver real‑time, high‑efficiency solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end agentic AI systems, including multi‑agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Lead AI model optimization and deployment on FPGA, covering quantization, graph compilation, and hardware‑software co‑design.
• Define system‑level architecture that spans cloud, edge, and hardware acceleration.
• Mentor senior engineers, conduct design reviews, and set technical direction.

Required profile

• Strong experience with LLMs, agentic AI, or Retrieval‑Augmented Generation systems.
• Proven track record in large‑scale AI system architecture and production deployment.
• Solid programming skills in Python and C++ and familiarity with modern AI frameworks.
• Experience designing distributed or production AI systems.
