Senior Consultant – AI&D

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients transform their digital customer journeys. You will work across a variety of projects, translating business needs into technology solutions and guiding end‑to‑end digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client operations, capture user requirements and translate them into digitally enabled solutions.
• Lead discovery workshops, user interviews and stakeholder meetings to define solution scope.
• Diagnose problems, conduct analysis and develop recommendations for advertising, marketing and commerce transformation.
• Support the development and implementation of quality digital solutions aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of post‑qualification IT consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong business acumen, client‑management experience and ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
• Effective oral and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and system design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum Master or Project Management certification is a plus.
