Business Architect – BTP Solutions

About the role

As a Business Architect within Bosch's Design&Build team for BTP@MA Customer Solutions, you will shape architecture strategies for construction‑related topics such as FTR and GAM. You will translate business needs into scalable, governed solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather architecture requirements from business units and develop streamlined concepts aligned with governance standards.
• Design and implement scalable architecture solutions in partnership with Business Development (BD) or Business Development Operations (BDO) teams.
• Conduct architecture testing and oversee rollout activities to ensure high quality and optimal user experience.
• Promote a data‑ and AI‑driven mindset throughout solution design, enhancing transparency and automation.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of architecture design, customer master data, and related processes.
• Strong understanding of AI solutions and data analytics.
• Proven project management and communication abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Fast learner with high motivation for new topics.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
