职位概况
负责公司SaaS产品的设计、开发与持续优化，聚焦AI面试系统的技术实现与创新。
主要职责
- 设计、开发并优化公司SaaS产品功能。
- 参与需求分析，提供产品功能性建议。
- 编写开发过程中的技术文档。
- 跟踪最新AI技术，将其应用于面试系统项目。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业。
- 3年以上相关工作经验，有AI面试系统或类似项目经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力和学习解决问题的能力。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Python、Java编程语言。
- 熟悉自然语言处理（NLP）和语音识别技术。
- 具备机器学习、深度学习项目经验，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等框架。
- 了解分布式系统和微服务架构设计。
