Account Manager - Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring an Account Manager in Beijing for its Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit. The role owns specific accounts' business and drives sales, profitability and market share for the products and channels covered.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the business of assigned accounts to achieve financial and operational objectives, including bookings, revenue and market share.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and forecasting sales volumes for all products and channels in China.
• Managing and driving direct selling and distributor business to exceed sales, profitability and business goals.
• Building strong relationships with key accounts and working with them on forecasts and market share.
• Monitoring market competition and customer trends and responding proactively to keep offerings competitive.
• Working with customer service and fulfillment teams so that all customer matters are handled well.
• Engaging with division and corporate management on technical and strategic issues in the territory.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of total work experience, including 5 years at a sales/marketing manager level in semiconductor equipment companies.
• Understanding of products, technologies, services and markets in the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with sales routine tasks.
• Qualification options: doctorate with no related experience, master's degree with 3 years of experience, or bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
