负责某品牌的售后客服工作，主要通过电话受理用户咨询并做好记录。

主要职责

接听客户来电，提供售后咨询服务。
受理用户问题并进行详细记录。

任职要求

每周提供不少于30小时的工作班次。
打字速度不低于40字/分钟。
普通话流利、标准。
有客服工作经验者优先。

必备技能

快速准确的文字录入能力。
