负责对支付宝（花呗/借呗）账单逾期客户进行电话沟通，提供解决方案并根据实际情况给予支持与帮助。

- 根据客户实际情况，提供支持与帮助。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历（优秀应届毕业生可放宽至大专）。
- 经验不限。
- 熟练操作Excel、Word等办公软件。
- 具备较强的客户沟通技巧和应变能力。
- 能够承受一定工作压力。
- 工作积极主动，具备高度责任心和团队合作精神，亲和力强，工作态度良好。
