职位概况

负责某品牌的售后客服工作，接听客户来电，受理用户咨询并做好记录。

主要职责

接听并解答客户来电，提供售后咨询服务。
记录用户问题及处理过程，确保信息完整。
根据公司流程跟进问题解决进度。

任职要求

每周提供不少于30小时的工作时间。
打字速度不低于40字/分钟。
普通话流利、标准。
有客服工作经验者优先。

必备技能

熟练使用办公软件进行信息记录。
