某品牌招聘售后客服，负责接听客户来电，受理咨询并做好记录。
主要职责
- 接听并解答客户来电。
- 受理用户咨询，提供相应帮助。
- 准确记录通话内容及处理结果。
任职要求
- 普通话流利、标准。
- 具备客服工作经验者优先。
- 每周至少提供30小时工作时间。
- 打字速度不低于40字/分钟。
必备技能
- 熟练使用办公软件进行信息记录。
