月薪3-5千元，提供三餐、住宿及五险一金，面向应届或两年内毕业的全日制大专以上毕业生招聘储备干部，主要方向为生产管理或品质管理。
主要职责
- 学习并熟悉部门相关标准、流程及岗位知识。
- 协助日常生产或品质管理工作，提升个人业务能力。
- 参与团队协作，完成上级交付的任务。
任职要求
- 全日制大专及以上学历，毕业两年内（含应届）。
- 热爱食品行业，学习能力强。
- 性格热情开朗，具备进取心和团队合作精神。
