负责品牌媒介策划与投放，提升品牌热度与ROI，适合2027届毕业生。

主要职责

  • 制定并执行媒介投放策略，规划季度/月度投放计划。
  • 筛选并合作符合品牌定位的达人账号，监控内容质量。
  • 管理媒介费用，确保投放ROI达标。
  • 搭建并维护品牌媒介资源池，定期复盘投放效果。
  • 监控舆情，维护达人合作关系及评论区内容。

任职要求

  • 2027届本科或硕士毕业，英语可作为工作语言者优先。
  • 新闻传播、广告、市场营销等相关专业优先。
  • 热爱美妆，熟悉化妆品成分及功效，具备种草经验。
  • 了解平台投放规则及计算逻辑，熟悉美妆营销媒体、MCN、KOL。
