职位概况
负责大型制造业的人力资源整体规划与落地实施，管控500+员工的人力预算，推动人才梯队建设。
主要职责
- 全面负责人力资源战略规划与落地实施，主导制定年度人力预算（年均管控规模500+人）。
- 建立制造业生产系统人才梯队，关键岗位人才储备率达85%以上。
- 优化绩效管理体系，确保绩效考核覆盖率100%，年度调薪方案执行准确率98%。
- 统筹校企合作项目，年均为技术岗位输送应届毕业生150+人。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理/工商管理专业优先。
- 2.5年以上大型制造业HR管理经验（造纸/包装行业从业者加分）。
- 精通劳动法及E‑HR系统操作，持有中级人力资源管理师证书。
- 具备千人规模企业组织变革实战经验，擅长精益生产人员配置。
