职位概况
负责搭建集团人力资源数据报告体系与可视化看板，利用数据预测组织能力与人才需求，为人才规划提供决策支持。
主要职责
- 构建并维护HR数据报告体系和可视化看板。
- 通过多种统计方法分析组织与人力资本效能，提出改进建议。
- 建立数据管理机制，提高HR数据质量。
- 与其他部门合作，提供数据支持和解决方案。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，优先人力资源管理、统计学、应用数学、信息管理等专业。
- 接受2025、2026届优秀毕业生，需面试后尽快全勤实习。
- 具备较强的数据处理与分析能力，能够构建HR指标体系和数据模型。
- 具备自驱力、用户导向、良好沟通协调和逻辑思维能力。
