职位概况
负责根据公司业务发展制定并执行招聘计划，统筹各部门人员需求，确保招聘质量与成本控制。
主要职责
- 汇总并审核各部门年度人员需求，制定招聘计划。
- 设计并实施招聘方案、项目及活动。
- 开发、维护并拓展招聘渠道，优化资源配置。
- 负责招聘全流程，包括简历收集、筛选、面试、测评及录用。
- 管理人才简历库，储备核心岗位候选人。
- 定期更新内外部招聘广告，开展校园招聘。
- 协助新人带教培训，完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源或相关专业优先。
- 5 年及以上招聘经验，有医药行业背景或猎头经验者优先。
- 熟悉中国劳动法及人力资源相关法规。
- 具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
- 责任心强，能承受较大工作压力，具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint。
- 具备良好的面试技巧和招聘工具使用经验。
