职位概况
负责养老项目的人力资源全盘管理，支持业务战略落地，提供组织与人才解决方案。
主要职责
- 对接业务部门管理者及员工，处理HR相关事务。
- 负责项目HR制度、理念、项目的宣贯与落地。
- 统筹招聘、培训、员工关系、薪酬绩效等模块工作。
- 制定并推进BP工作计划，确保项目进度。
任职要求
- 丰富的业务HR经验，具备业务敏感度，能将HR专业转化为业务增长。
- 较强的抗压和情绪管理能力，善于处理复杂员工关系。
- 熟悉养老、医疗康养、物业或连锁门店等行业者优先。
- 具备综合模块工作经验者优先。
